We do not tolerate omissions and cover ups; we all strive to do everything today, not tomorrow. We are seeking to build a team that leaves no stone unturned to complete what can be done today, today. The key ingredient to meeting this challenge is to be able to delegate and to follow up. We emphasize that the one cannot succeed without the other. We expect nightly homework; and we urge you to anticipate being let down by those on whom you have relied, requiring you to constantly follow up to meet your time requirements, and most importantly of all, to have a back up alternative.”
